By Rosalind Russell – All the LaCloche member communities are hosting a joint Household Hazardous Waste Day.
Espanola, the townships of Sables-Spanish Rivers, Baldwin, Nairn & Hyman, and the local services board serving Whitefish and Willisville are jointly funding the event for all residents to be able to dispose of their hazardous waste, such as paint, oils and more.
It will be held next Saturday, April 29th from 8 am to 4 pm at Espanola Public Works at 596 Second Avenue.
