Conseil scolaire du Grand Nord appoints two new directors 

By Rosalind Russell – The Conseil scolaire du Grand Nord has appointed two new directors, one with a focus on innovation, the second on math. 

Board communication director Carole Dube says Carole Brouillard-Landry has been promoted to Executive Director, Innovation, Learning and Student Success.  

She has worn many hats, including teacher, educational consultant, principal, and director services.  

Dube adds Chantal Goold will assume the position of Director, Priority Math.  

Officials say Goold has held positions as a teacher, an advisor in numeracy from grades 7 to 10, a provincial coach for mathematics courses and was also a member of the development committee for provincial mathematics testing.
