By Rosalind Russell – Despite having to cancel the ride, the Espanola/North Shore 2024 Snowarama was a huge success.
Easter Seals coordinator, Carmen Bazinet, says the event raised $25,500 on Sunday.
She says the top fundraiser was Elliot Lake’s Leo Deveau who raised $17,816 and the Youngest Rider was Caleb Romanuk who raised $1,300.
Bazinet adds this year’s ambassadors, Ryan Vlaad and Ricky Dixon also did a great job publicizing the event.
