Lobsterfest all set to go 

By Rosalind Russell – One of Espanola’s most popular events is nearly sold out. 

Saturday, May 25th will be a shucking good time for the annual Espanola Lobsterfest. 

It will be held at the Espanola Curling Club with this year’s proceeds going to Boogie Mountain. 

Tickets are nearly sold out and only available until May 15th.

Espanola Home Hardware Building Centre (cash or credit card) and The Beer Store (cash only) also have tickets for sale. 

How will you be dressed this Lobsterfest?  

The Best-Dressed Table Competition has been renamed as The Spirit Award.  

They want all Lobster festers to have a fabulous time, but the Olympic Judging Panel will determine a Spirit Award winner. 

This year’s winner will receive a $250 donation to the charity of their choice on behalf of the organization.
