By Rosalind Russell – A local company is doing its’ part in helping orphaned black bears.
Ontario Wildlife Rescue dot CA says Manitoulin Transport, based out of Gore Bay, recently delivered six tons of food to Bear with Us.
Over the years, officials say the company’s generous support has made a significant difference to the number of injured and orphaned wild animals that have been saved after donating a total of 210 tons of food and medical supplies to 23 Wildlife Rescue Centers across Ontario.
The organizations thank the transport company for its continuing support of their programs.
