By Rosalind Russell – The Third Annual Heart of Gold Radiothon has raised over $7,000 … and counting.
The radiothon, which was held on Friday by The Moose 99.3 FM CJJM – Espanola, is raising funds for the Northern Ontario Families of Children with Cancer.
More donations are coming in this week with the hope of reaching the $10,000 goal.
Anyone wishing to donate, can call in their pledge.
The Espanola Beer Store is also collecting empties until Friday with the proceeds from the fundraiser being presented to the organization on Saturday at the annual Gold Soiree in Sudbury.
