By Rosalind Russell – Glen Morningstar of Blind River is celebrating after winning a ONTARIO 49 $2 million top prize.
OLG says Morningstar’s been playing the lottery for 40 years and carefully selects his numbers, which are based on his family birthdays.
He’s ecstatic to be celebrating his first big win.
Morningstar says he couldn’t believe it when he was checking his tickets on the app, and didn’t sleep all night.
He adds it’s one heck of a retirement package.
The winning ticket was purchased at Kwik-Way on Causley Street in Blind River.
