Community Living Algoma hosting Family Engagement Session in Blind River

By Rosalind Russell – Community Living Algoma continues to move forward towards enabling people with developmental disabilities the opportunity to live their best lives.

That’s according to the organization’s executive director John Policicchio, who says the agency not only supports the person with an intellectual disability, but also their family or caregivers.

He says they are hosting a Family Engagement Session to talk about the various services they offer to support people with intellectual disabilities next week.

He adds it will be held on Thursday, November 14 at the Blind River Community Centre in the Multi-Purpose Room from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Anyone interested in attending is asked to RSVP via email at communityengagement@cla-algoma.org or by calling 705-253-1700 ext. 4444 or 705-998-5836.
