By Rosalind Russell – The Nairn & Hyman Township Firefighters are hosting a food drive to stock shelves at their local food bank.
Officials say anyone wishing to donate is asked to drop by the fire hall on December 11th from 6 pm to 8 pm.
If you can’t attend the gathering, you can also drop off items at the town hall during regular business hours.
The items and any monetary donations will go to the Espanola Helping Hand Food Bank, which provides food stuffs for those in need in Espanola and along the North Shore Corridor.
