By Rosalind Russell – Today is a special day in Elliot Lake acknowledging four doctors for their patient service and treatment.
Algoma-Manitoulin MPP Michael Mantha will be recognizing Doctors Timothy De Bortoli, Catherine Groh, Andrew Purzner and Barry Wannan at a gathering today, who all work with the Elliot Lake Family Health Team.
He says The College reviewed many letters and messages from patients from across the province who wanted to acknowledge the quality care and treatment they experienced from their family physician.
Mantha adds the College states select physicians from across Ontario being recognized by their patients and their peers for the outstanding care they provide.
The presentation will take place this morning at the Elliot Lake Family Health Team office, first-floor board room, 31 Nova Scotia Walk, Elliot Lake this morning, Monday, December 9 at 9:30 am.
