Academic excellence and commitment to school and community

The École secondaire catholique La Renaissance (Espanola) school community is proud to highlight the efforts and achievements of a remarkable graduating student, Lauren Langlois. Since grade 9, this student has stood out for her unwavering volunteer commitment to her school community.

Always ready to give her time and share her energy, she actively participates in numerous activities and initiatives, constantly encouraging her peers to get involved and make a positive contribution to school life. At ÉSC La Renaissance, Lauren has distinguished herself through her contributions to various sports teams, including volleyball, track and field and softball, while also participating in the General Student Association, the homelessness project, the food drive and the athletic banquet committee. In addition, Lauren has accumulated many community service hours by supporting the Espanola Skating Club and Sudbury Pride.

Lauren also stands out for her hard work. Always striving to excel in her studies, she inspires her fellow students to succeed. Lauren embodies the values of generosity, enthusiasm and determination.

Building on all of these accomplishments, Lauren will be pursuing her studies in forensic science and psychology at Trent University.
