By Rosalind Russell – T. Bell Transport, drivers and their rigs met this weekend to pay honour to two late long-time employees.
The truckers drove their rigs through the North Shore Corridor including Massey, Webbwood, Espanola and Nairn to honour the late Rick and Colleen Beilhartz who passed away in 2020 and 2023 respectively.
Rick had managed the shop in Nairn while Colleen managed the office there for many years.
Manitoulin OPP provided a formal escort for the memorial ride that took place on Saturday.
Their shared Celebration of Life also took place on Saturday at the Nairn Community Centre where family, friends and co-workers paid their respects to the two.
