By Grant Lewis – Thanks to Doctors Raval and Vyas and their staff at the Centre Street Dental Clinic for their generous food donation to the Helping Hand Food Bank. As a result of their Holiday Giveaway held in December, 110 food items were donated. And….the Food Bank staff were able to select items that don’t stay on our shelves for very long….pasta sauce and boxes of cereal. On hand to receive the donation is Grant Lewis. This is the second year for the Holiday Giveaway and we hope not the last. Local businesses play an important role in the success of our local Food Bank. Combined with individual donors, the Food Bank is able to answer the needs of our community.
