By Rosalind Russell – Elliot Lake Retirement Living is extending a challenge to all current or past tenants to donate to the Jamie and Jo-Ann Armstrong Arena Repair fund.
The Centennial Arena requires some significant structural repairs and Retirement Living is looking to match tenant donations so for every dollar donated, the organization will match the funding up to $25,000.
With this donation, over $450,000 will be raised with an ultimate goal of $500,000.
To make a donation, go to elliotlake.ca/arenadonation or in person at City Hall.
Make sure to check the box “Elliot Lake Retirement Living current/past tenant challenge” so they know to match the donation.
