By Rosalind Russell – The Espanola Regional Hospital & Health Centre has received a national award of excellence.
According to the release, the Environmental Services team was presented the 2023 Canadian Healthcare Housekeeper Association Frontline Award of Excellence.
The award is presented to a group that shows strength and conviction during challenges, supports peers, demonstrates leadership, and all while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Hospital leadership extended congratulations to their team adding they truly value the important role the team plays in ensuring the well-being and overall experience of patients, residents and staff, and their overall contribution to quality patient care.
