By Rosalind Russell – The Town of Espanola has extended the deadline for registration to be a part of the FoodCycler to the end of the month.
Joel Yusko, manager of special projects, says there are limited units of the desktop composer available at a reduced price for residents of Espanola; small ones for $150, family units for $300.
He says anyone interested in being a part of the project can apply online until February 29th.
Yusko adds once the registrants are received, the new units will be ordered and distributed.
