By Rosalind Russell – She might have just turned 45, but a former Espanola resident is still taking on the top of her field in bodybuilding.
Natalie Waples-Donohue is considered an elite athlete and is the only Canadian in her division representing the country at the international Ben Weber Naturals competition being held in Washington, D.C. this weekend.
She is a 14-time Canadian title holder in bodybuilding and has changed up in the last few years to compete in the bikini division.
Waples-Donohue has been competing since her mid-20s advocating for a natural, health style of bodybuilding, nutrition and overall wellness.
