By Rosalind Russell – The Town of Gore Bay is making improvements to its waterfront.
Mayor Ron Lane says more improvements include the planting of at least 15 beautiful trees on the site of the old town playground.
He says this will not only add character to this space, but also will form a background for other improvements, such as additional seating areas, picnic tables and shrubbery.
The work is expected to be completed by late Spring.
