By Rosalind Russell – The Town of Espanola is hosting Mental Health Day, a flag raising and fair this week.
According to the release, a flag raising will be held at the Espanola Regional Recreation Complex and the public is invited to attend at nine am this Wednesday, January 24th.
That will be followed up with a Mental Health Fair featuring different support group booths from across the LaCloche Foothills Region gathering at the Espanola Regional Recreation Complex from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Officials say Health providers, as well as support groups, are looking forward to talking to attendees about their programs.
The day is being held as part of the Community Safety and Wellbeing Plan.
