By Rosalind Russell – There is a new health service in the Manitoulin District that brings care to different communities throughout the Manitoulin Island.
Mobile Wellness is a new mobile Mental Health & Addictions Clinic that improves access to mental health services for people who live in the District of Manitoulin.
According to the release, every month, the team of experts, will travel to various communities across Manitoulin to offer drop-in mental health and addictions care.
This service is an initiative supported through Noojmowin Teg Health Centre and is open to everyone residing on Manitoulin.
The clinic will be in Gore Bay today.
