New Community Health Navigator for the LaCloche Foothills

By Rosalind Russell – The Community Safety and Well-Being Plan, funding through a grant, is a collaborative plan between the four municipalities within the LaCloche Foothills, the townships of Sables-Spanish, Nairn & Hyman, Baldwin, and the Town of Espanola.

To that end Susanne Cassidy with the Espanola Regional Hospital and Health Centre, has been hired as the new Community Health Navigator.

The position and the programs are funded by the Community Safety and Policing Grant, awarded to the Espanola Police Services Board from the Ministry of the Solicitor General.

Cassidy says she looks forward to working within the communities and welcomes ideas from the wider public.
