By Rosalind Russell – Little Current and Espanola will celebrate its seniors today as part of Seniors Month.
Little Current’s Royal Canadian Legion Branch 177 will host a Twoonie Luncheon today with entertainment from 11 am to 1 pm.
The Town of Espanola is also hosting a full day of activities including free swimming and exercise throughout the early part of the day at the recreation centre and several booths set up to address various senior services in the afternoon.
The town in partnership with the Espanola Elks will also host a luncheon for up to 150 seniors at the hall from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm.
